Passenger Responsible For Fines, Detention Costs, etc.

If TRANS GUYANA AIRWAYS LTD is required to pay any fine or penalty or to incur any expenditure by reason of a passenger’s failure to comply with laws, regulations, orders, demands or other travel / entry requirements of any country to which the Carrier delivers such passenger; or if such passenger fails to produce the required identity or travel documents; or ‘show’ money to competent authority, the passenger shall reimburse TRANS GUYANA AIRWAYS LTD on demand, for any amount paid in satisfaction of a fine or demand; or expenditure incurred by the Carrier as a result of the passenger’s failure. TRANS GUYANA AIRWAYS LTD may apply towards such payment or expenditure the value of any unused carriage on the applicable ticket, or any of the passenger’s funds in its possession.
