Passengers are advised to familiarize themselves with the medical insurance requirements of all countries to which they travel on TRANS GUYANA AIRWAYS LTD; and to comply fully with such requirements. TRANS GUYANA AIRWAYS LTD at its sole discretion may deny carriage to persons who are in noncompliance with these laws or regulations. Under no consideration shall TRANS GUYANA AIRWAYS LTD accept liability of any kind, in the event that Passengers do not comply with medical insurance requirements of a country to which a he/she is destined.
