Fares/Charges/Travel Times
• This Ticket is good for carriage as specified in the Ticket, except as otherwise provided in this Ticket, in carrier’s tariffs, conditions of carriage, or related regulations. The fare for carriage hereunder is subject to change prior to commencement of carriage. Carrier may refuse transportation if the applicable fare has not been paid.
• Industrial disputes, loading restrictions, unsuitable weather, technical problems and other operating restrictions or any event beyond the carrier’s reasonable control may necessitate cancellation or delay of transport or services, for which the carrier accepts no liability. The carrier also reserves the right to cancel bookings for other reasons.
• Note: Weather Related Delays – In no circumstances will the Operator be liable for any costs or losses, consequential or otherwise, incurred as a result of any flights delayed, rescheduled or cancelled due to weather.
• This Ticket covers the flight(s) for the Passenger named in the Ticket and allowed baggage from the airport of departure specified on the ticket to the airport of arrival specified on the ticket. Carriers will use efforts to carry Passenger and allowed baggage in accordance with the date and time of the flight(s) specified on this Ticket, but make no guarantee that it will be able to do so even if a reservation has been confirmed.
• The Carriers accepts no liability, costs or losses, consequential or otherwise, incurred as a result of any flight delays but will use every effort to carry you and your allowed baggage on the next available flight of the Operator.
• Times shown in timetables or elsewhere are not guaranteed and form no part of this contract. Carrier may without notice omit stopping places shown on the ticket in case of necessity. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Carrier assumes no responsibility for any delay or cancellation including making connections on other Carriers.
• Subject to these Terms, Carriers have no responsibility for consequential costs or losses resulting from diversion, substitution, alteration, cancellation or delay of transport or services or from loss or delay of baggage.
• If Passengers are landed at a place other than the specified destination, the Carrier will make all reasonable efforts to transport them to that destination but with no obligations as to time, date or means of transport.
• On TRANS GUYANA AIRWAYS LTD’s Non-Scheduled Services, passengers may be required to pay applicable Airport Departure Taxes, Airport Improvement Fees; and Security Fees levied on departing passengers in cash at check in. Aeronautical Charges and User Fees, which are customarily levied on arriving passengers at Airports of Destination, will be added as Fees to the Airfare and collected from the passenger at ticket purchase.
